This house is 2,700 square feet and has been designed mostly for a family with children. The home features 4 bedrooms. The master and two additional bedrooms are on the second floor and the fourth bedroom is on the main floor, off the entrance with access to a full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private terrace, walk-through closet and en-suite bathroom including a double vanity, shower and a tub. The second, upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. The third, second floor bedroom features a full size bed with trundle. These two rooms share a detached full bathroom with a tub. The fourth bedroom, located on the main floor features a queen size bed. The main floor's open living plan provides a complete view of the garden and pool from all areas. The gourmet kitchen is 20' in length and boasts a 16' Carrera marble island that seats 6 and bar area. The kitchen is ideal for entertaining small to large parties and features all major appliances in stainless steel and and a view of the whole main floor including the zen pool area complete with custom lighting and private lounging area.
